We are sorry you had a bad experience, we would like to make your next visit a better one. I don't recall denning your oil leak, but I do remember trying to get it covered by the company that had made the reman engine. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi Jeff, sorry for the way you feel. We charged you for two hour diag which should be 85 dollars per diag and we charged you 80 dollars per diag, my tech had to look for a coolant leak and the reason why it would not start. You had a towing bill  in which it was 60 dollars. I went to the gas station and got you diesel fuel as well so I charged you for fuel. You then declined repairs and had it towed out of the shop. I do believe that the charge is more than fair. $286.03 is what I charged you and took off shop supplies and hazmat as well fees. The dealer would be 150 per hr and I believe that our prices are more than fair. If you have any further questions please feel free to call me, regards Jason Wright  325-1111
