Mrs. Gross picked up her vehicle yesterday (12/7) and showed no signs of being unhappy with the repairs at all. We are shocked to have received this poor survey. David has a newer (2024) Subaru and receiving parts in a timely manner was a issue from day one. We pre-ordered their parts that were visibly damaged on the outside in adavance of them dropping their vehicle off and mentioned to Mrs. Gross (as we do to any customer), that if there are additional damages found after dis-assembling the vehicle it will delay repairs. We originally gave Mrs. Gross a timeline of 2-3 weeks depending on parts availibilty. Unfortunately, the repair took even longer than that original time line (3 and 1/2 weeks) due to backordered parts that were found damaged after dis-assembly.
It is never our intention, nor in our best interest to delay a vehicles completion longer than it has to be, however, if we cannot secure all the parts necessary to return the vehicle to pre-accident condition in a timely manner, unfortunately the repairs take longer than anticipated.
The Gross' are more than welcome to reach out to the shop to discuss their displeasure with the repairs further.
