Took delivery of new S5 Sportback. Everything was in order and ready and car was prepped. Brooke was my liaison and she was helpful and knowledgable. I've changed cars a lot in my life and never had a better experience. Only thing I didn't get to do was hug my beloved Golf R before they took it away. Probably for the best, who needs to see a grown man blubber over a car anyway?
