I told him what was going on, and he made a plan to get my truck into the shop. It’s an older vehicle with almost 400k miles. Explained that I’m just trying to keep the vehicle going a few months more.
They got my truck and did repairs to get me back on the road in Monday. They could have charged me a lot more for more elaborate repairs, but instead they did the appropriate repair to keep my truck going. It wasn’t about making a buck, it was about taking care of their customer.
