Update to my previous review...well...nearly a month later and several visits to various dealers and indeed it is a fiasco by AutoGlass Fitters. The damage was done by them on the wiper arm and the dealer did replace it. During this, they also discovered the glass was seriously flawed/defective. The glass had a bulge so bad that even with a new wiper arm, the glass bulged so badly that it contacted the metal spring of the wiper arm...where a clearance of at least 1/2" should be there. I sent pictures of it to them originally and they insisted it was my fault. Several calls and another week later, they finally replaced my windshield. So..in a nutshell two bad installs and a bad piece of glass on one of them. 3rd install finally seems to have gotten it right. Oh, and before I forget, no uniforms and installers really have no professional appearance...just a comment on who to expect at your door. Next time I will pay more and go with the other national company. I never did get any call back from a 'district' manager either that was promised me long ago. Just dealt with Violet. Hope you catch her on a good day or you're screwed.
