The customer service was fabulous. I got in and out in a timely manner. After speaking with the customer service person I spoke with the mechanic and he told me what he needed to do and finished in a timely manner.

Great all around experience.
Trustworthy, quality mechanics are few and far between. Appreciate them when encountered. These guys did great for what I needed. Aftermarket front end lift and re-alignment for a truck. I would entrust again, and I don't say that lightly.

Speedy service
A big thank to Auto Hub folks for helping me when my alternator gave out on a trip to New London this week. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they fixed my car by that afternoon, so that we could continue our trip. Everyone in the shop was friendly which got us through a stressful situation.

Prompt and Friendly Service
I called before driving down to ask if I needed an appointment for an oil change, and the young man I spoke with told me to come by anytime and they would get right on it. The service was professional and the staff were very courteous. I know that’s a small sampling of the automotive services they provide, but it’s a promising start. I’ll be back.
