You and I had a conversation after I saw this review and I offered to reinspect the vehicle along with you, and re-align if necessary at no charge to you and at your convenience. You agreed to have the car evaluated at no cost, but did not show up on either day you specified you would come to the shop. The offer is still open if you wish to pursue this.
In regards to the remainder of your review:
One cannot align a vehicle to manufacturer specifications with bent parts. Please understand, when we say"bent", the slightest degree of bend (even a bend difficult to see with experienced eyes) can make an alignment not possible as fractions of a degree can affect an alignment.
I did see that you have been to our shop a dozen times over the last decade and we thank you for your patronage. However, the average of all your repair bills (including this visit which was a larger repair) is under $249.00 per visit. Based on this fact, you can surely see we are not "padding the bill". Unfortunately, there are times when additional parts and/or labor may be necessary to complete a repair correctly. Please also understand, if we notice a potential problem on your vehicle, we must let you know about it. If we did not, then we would not be doing our job, and we risk liabilty should there be a future problem. If you elect not to complete suggested repairs, that is your sole descretion.
