I was able to make Auto Shine aware and the owner did personally fix the display scratches and remove the loose piece, so everything is pretty much resolved now. I appreciate his free follow-up, but I would have much preferred this to have not happened in the first place. Combined with the forgotten tape and comb, overall it just seemed like they didn't put in the care that I expect from a shop when trusting them with my vehicle.
