Dear Customer, you replaced five (5) components on your own and still did not resolve the problem of your car dying at intersections. The net cost of doing your own "surgery" was over $1000.00. We did a thorough diagnosis on the vehicle and proposed a permanent repair. Had you come to us in the first place, the total cost of the repair (done right) would have been ~$750.00. Now your total cost of your repair is $1000 for the parts that you didn't need plus the $75 you paid us for the diag, plus the actual repair which should cost you $450 in after-market parts. Net total....(wait for it)......$1525....(not including your labor). How do you consider this a winning deal? The trick in auto repair is not turning the wrenches. It is proper and thorough diagnosis. I would not recommend a career in rocket science or even mathematics. Just a humble opinion.....

I'm glad I shopped around
The front desk girl was friendly. I brought my car in for alternator service and Ac belt. I was quoted $749i .I allowed this shop to just replace my Ac belt. I found a more reasonable, affordable shop to replace my alternator. I saved over $400 . This shop tried to charge me $373 for the alternator alone.. I'm very discouraged.. I will not return to this shop ever again. All in all i spent $380 my car is running perfect again....not $749 this shop tried to charge me
