They go above and beyond
I have had my M5 there a few times, and I live 45 miles away. They ALWAYS go above and beyond, show you the bad part and explain what happened to the old one.. I am very picky with my E60 M5, these guys are the only ones I let touch it..[last 5 years]. Very friendly qualified people. 100% recommend, and I have and will continue
