Yongyi said the quality of the repair was fine but this business has high prices. Originally, he planned to pay for the repair himself and was quoted $1700. However when he decided to go through his insurance company the quote was raised to $2900, which is not honest, ethical or fair. He said by going through his insurance, he only has to pay a $500 deductible, but with this facility charging them so much, his insurance company will end up raising his rates. He would not recommend this business and he will not use them again.

All of us here at Autosquare strive to exceed our customers’ expectations on every job and we’re extremely disappointed when we fail to accomplish that goal. 
In this instance Mr. Song was trying to avoid making a claim with his insurance company so our original estimate only included the repair and replacement of components necessary to make his vehicle safe, mechanically sound and get him back on the road. However, Mr. Song ultimately decided he would file an insurance claim and when GEICO inspected his vehicle, they naturally included for the repair, replacement and refinishing of all cosmetic damage IN ADDITION to that which we had included on the original estimate.
Regardless of the circumstance and our intention only to help Mr. Song out in any way possible, we have offered our sincere apologies for not communicating the difference between the original estimate and the final repair cost more clearly.
