"Efficient, Fast and Accomadating"
My brakes shuddered something terrible on our way down from Canada to Branson. I called them, told them what the problem was and they squeezed me in with in the hour. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it and had me on my way in 1 hour. Thank you. Oh yeah --- they were reasonably priced and very friendly.

"Honest , friendly, and professional work!!"
My brother recommended Bat Boys to us. He had nothing but praise for them. We have subsequently had two cars repaired by them. We are beyond pleased with their work and professionalism. Everyone we had contact with was very friendly. Their waiting room is great as is their outdoor seating area....very clean and attractive!!

"Great Repair Shop"
My a/c went out while on vacation in Branson. While they couldn't fix it due to my time constraints, they were so friendly. Only gripe I had was the overbearing man who changed the tv channel (griping because they didn't have the NFL channel) and then proceeded to talk over the program he selected on his cell phone. Never once did he ask if anyone was watching HGTV- and I was enjoying the program!!!! Not their fault though- staff was very friendly and helpful and I absolutely loved the dog!!! Thanks for trying to help us!!!!

"Oil Change"
Had a 2 p.m. appointment, got there a little early. Within 10 minutes they came and got my SUV. Oil change was done within 40 minutes!! Thats a record in my books! And no oil, etc. was on my seats, floorboards, or steering wheel! AWESOME JOB!

"Mark up parts 200 to 500 percent "
Told me I needed valve job I founderstand out laterror I didn't. Wanted to charge me 900.00 Dollars for 12 lifters. I myself could get from parts store for 150.00 they also marked up all other parts auto repair shops are to make there money on labor not charge people 500 percent on parts I will never go there again. Hope you don't there. I guess they need there customers to pay for new building.
