"MO State Inspection"
I popped in and took a chance to see if they could inspect my car so that i could update my license. The woman at the counter went and checked and came back to tell me yes and it would take about 20 minutes. This was great considering I'd gone to another place and was told 1.5-2 hours for a wait. In about 15 minutes I was checking out.

They give excellent service they tell you in detail what the problems are they help you as far as finding up best solutions they don't overcharge you only for what is really needed in repairs I recommend them very highly

"People were nice"
I called on Dec 14th and made a appointment 7 days later on Dec 21st to have my transfer case replaced.
21st comes around and they tell me the transwer case hasn't arrived when they had a week to get it.
Then they call me back saying they found a transfer case in springfield and his boss was going to get it and told me to bring my car in. I bring my car in and about 2 or 3 hours later they call me to tell me they didn't find it. So I had to wait another day without a car and it was our onlt vehicle.
I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and I get a card that locals get. Horrible customer service.
I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLES THEIR AGAIN!!
Two days later we get a loud exhaust prob your guys fault too hard telling

"Over Charged"
I was charged $90 to have new valve stem with sensor put in and programed. I found out later that i could of had it done by Big O Tires for $20.

"Tires"
Going to B.A.T. Boys was a good choice for several reasons. They found two tires that need changed and didn't try to upsell me for any others, however I decided to buy four since they were getting worn. They showed me the right tires to choose from and I was informed I had tires that were for a truck or van on my car which weren't even the right size for my car. Luckily they have integrity there. I also saved money because I compared what I bought online and so I got my tires cheaper. Nice peope, fast service, good price, and satisfied all the way around. I'd recommend them.

"Great service, friendly and professional staff."
When my wife and I were vacationing in Branson, MO, our car stalled out and couldn't be driven. I found B.A.T. Boys on my smartphone, and I saw the 5 STAR rating, so I called them. Despite how busy they were, they worked us in, had our part ordered and the vehicle repaired within about three hours. Plus, the price was VERY reasonable! The staff was very friendly and professional! I'd recommend B.A.T. Boys anytime!
