Spoke with Ronald. He said they were on the ball and they took care of his vehicle. He said this business is a good place to go to for service.

Asha said this business was good.

Ronald said every time he goes in for service he feels pressured to have more work done. He would not recommend them due to this.

John said Brian answered all his questions, was extremely knowledgeable, and was not pushy.

Yanique said she had a good experience.

Christopher said they were very helpful and made sure he left with the best price.

Adrian said after purchasing his vehicle, the check engine light came on. They should have caught this issue before selling the it to him. The salesperson was great.

Alicia said everyone was friendly and they did not push for her to get a certain vehicle. The service was great and they were helpful. She said she thinks everyone should receive a raise.

Dierra said when she disagreed with them they were not open to answering her questions and they got an attitude with her.

Spoke with Cheyenne. She said the service was great and she liked that they had all of the paperwork ready for when her mother arrived.

Brett said the people at this business were fair and the prices were fair. The salespeople were good.

Paul said he likes the ease of doing business with this one in comparison to other automotive businesses around.

Nicholas said the business was very helpful. They did what they said they were going to do.

Ashawnti said the salesman lied to her. He told her if she put $1,400 more down her payments would go down to $160 a month. The manager was a nice guy but told her the salesman did not know what he was talking about and that was a mistake. She said she did not know how a salesperson could make a mistake like that. Everyone else at the business was excellent. She would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned.

Gaynell said there wasn't much of an vehicle selection to choose from. The process of the paper work was very long, she arrived at 8am and didn't leave until 4pm. The men who detailed her vehicle took longer than expected. She didn't like how they continued to try and upscale the amount of her down payment. The salesman were very nice.

Renetta said it took her a couple of days to decide what she wanted to do and they were very patient with her. They made her feel amazingly comfortable, like she could stop in and say hello when she goes to get service. They were also able to talk about other things besides the vehicle. She mentioned she loves her vehicle.
