I have to say I agree when everyone else when they say bay ridge Hyundai is horrible and the worst dealership to deal with. So where do I begin. Back in August I got my Santa Fe my fiancé and Neil were going back and fort and finally I got the car for what price I wanted. Now let’s fast forward to January 2020 when my fiancé test drove the new palisade limited and loved it. Once again we went to Neil because he did the right thing for me, not this time around. My fiancé and Neil were going back and fort on the price and they were not coming to an agreement until Neil BULLSHIT him that he will call him once he speak to his manager to give him my loyalty and four discounts on the car to keep him in the price range he wanted to pay. Well he never called him back so that following Tuesday night we went back to the dealership to see what’s going on. Neil said he can’t do any deal with him now because in February the programs will change and looked him in the eye and promised him he will be getting the car that Saturday February 1st. My fiancé wanted to give him a $500 deposits to hold the car and Neil like he can’t take the money because he can’t make the deal until February 1st. Neil told my fiancé that they will detail the car on Friday and he can pick up the car Saturday and it’s car. Saturday comes and Neil text my fiancé at 11:30 and we were supposed to get the truck at 12 to not come in because the car not there. We drive down to the dealership to find out from Neil they sold both white on black palisade. I will never be getting another car from bay ridge Hyundai. They are absolutely horrible and Neil bullshit my fiancé the whole time. The staff at bay ridge Hyundai are horrible.
