Excellent Repair Shop - Berks Auto
After having a mishap in my brand-new Tesla with only 500 miles on it, I did extensive research on a collision center to repair my car. I searched the Baltimore, York, Lancaster, and Newark areas for a collision center that can fix my Tesla. After looking at all the reviews of about 14 places, I found that Berks Auto in Sinking Springs, PA was my choice. They had excellent reviews, and when I called them, they were very professional and courteous and we’re happy to take my car in. There were plenty of other collision centers closer, but they did not have the excellent reviews like Berks Auto. When I talked to some of the collision centers, they didn’t seem to care or they would not be able to look at my car for up to 4 months. I placed my faith and trust with Berks Auto family-owned business. Berks Auto was about 70 miles north of my house. After the car was towed to Berks Auto, they did a quick analysis on my Tesla within the first week and said I would have it back within eight weeks. This was much sooner than most collision centers in the area that I searched, and as promised, I had my car back in eight weeks. As anxious as I was to get my car back, they were very patient with my weekly calls for a status. Kathy, Josh, and Dustin, the owner, always reassured me that my car would be finished as I mentioned earlier. Once the work started on my car, I was notified of its status throughout the process until it was completed. When I picked my car up, the car looked fabulous. Berks Auto did a superior job fixing my Tesla. I highly recommend Berks Auto. I cannot say enough about them. Thank you so much, Kathy, Josh, and Dustin.
