I brought my car in today almost certain that I was facing a massive repair bill. My car was making unholy squeaking/grinding sounds and I had visions of something major being broken and expressed this concern. He called and told me my muffler was loose and some belts needed to be tightened. He added an oil change and this awful, stressful sound is gone for less than $200. He could have easily replaced something expensive and I would have believed it needed to be done! I'm a customer for life.
