I brought my BMW for gasket change and a leak. The person at the front desk was surely really nice and said that they can help me. I made a trip from Benicia to Napa specifically to have my car fixed there. I paid twice as much as the other mechanic would have charged me! But I chose them because they seems so professional. After I took my car back, it was not leaking, it was pouring oil. But I thought it was something else that was wrong. I couldn’t even drive my car. 5 months later my neighbor looked at the car, disassembled everything and it turned out that Napa big-o tire inserted the gasket so unevenly that my neighbor thought it was done by my brother or someone from the street. I purchased new parts for less than $100 and paid my mechanic neighbor less than twice to fix horrible amateur level job they did at Big -o-tire Napa.
When I called them to let them know about how poor is their mechanics professional level is, the nice guy all of a sudden was not that nice. He said he cannot help and hang up. He never even apologized for what they have done. When I called again he never picked up the phone.
I would stay away from this unprofessional people who are only friendly when they need your business.
