"Friendly techs & great service."
I liked the fact that I got to stay in my car while my car was being serviced. The technicians were very courteous & friendly. Best of all there was no charge & I also got a free car wash.

"Hyundai Elantra Lemon"
Well after the service dept. had my car from Nov. 21 to Dec 28 to fix a safety problem with the braking systems (third time they have had it) Last night I turned the car on, the console lite up again like a Christmas tree showing the crash symbols etc. I've called 3 times today. I will probably hear from them next week. Scared to drive it since its the braking systems warnings.

" Hyundai Quality is Measured by Available Hyundai Parts"
Hyundai manufacture must do a better job and rush parts to dealerships. Making customers, whose cars are under warranty, wait nearly a week for parts is totally unacceptable and is deeply devaluing to customers.

"Service Dept. SUCKS"
The service dept. is incompetent because they don't want to be bothered with warranty work. "GO AWAY we are too busy" I should never have bought another Hyundai. I had trouble with the service dept. before They didn't want to do warranty work. Even though I had two bumper to bumper warranties. I would bring the other one in, tell them what was wrong yet they wanted to charge me $150 plus to diagnose the problem. I guess they were hoping I'd go somewhere else. Which I did after them telling me nothing was wrong 4 times. I begged them to drive the car, they would not.
