Well, another appointment that went extremely well at Blue Grass Automotive! The gal who makes the appointments and takes care of our billing is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, pleasant, and enjoyable to visit with while I wait for my vehicle to be completed. The staff is extremely courteous, professional, and honest! I know that when I take my vehicle to Blue Grass Automotive, I will not be getting things done that I don’t need to get done. Whether it’s the mechanic or the gal who takes our payments and sets up the appointments, it’s easy to feel that your concerns will be addressed and taken seriously. As soon as I left my appointment, I could tell how much better my vehicle was running. I also appreciated the estimate of costs before I made the appointment. The estimate was spot on!
