BMW Excluservice of Rockville MD is all about Deceptive Trade Practice; we should stop it.

The Owner is lying as usual; my approval of the original estimate on 12-03-2018 was through their ripoff portal(Tekmetric) and not verbally; there is no dispute about the approval of the original estimate; the dispute is about EXCLUSERVICE falsifying the estimate by adding additional entries that were not present in the approved version, and insist otherwise. If anyone has amnesia, better yet Schizophrenia, it was EXCLUSERVICE's owner, since he failed a basic IQ of reading and understanding his own estimate document; look at the estimate you gave me, and see the discrepancies. If you continue to insult, we will go to court and subpoenas all the documents and phone records. You are a pathological liars and not suited to conduct business with the public.
One more clue to why these people are criminals: the estimate shown at the shop on 12-04-2018 has two lines for labors as "Authorized on 12/04/18 at 10:28 AM EST". The second page shows "warning transmission problem" "Declined on 12/03/18 at 12:03 PM EST" and the "additional (Sic) Water Pump"(that should have read Auxiliary Water Pump) "Declined on 12/03/18 at 12:03 PM EST". Following the imbecilic owner's argument, How can the works be declined on 12/03/18 while page one is showing the works "Authorized on 12/04/18 at 10:28 AM EST", time at which I have verbally declined the works?

Beware, this shop is a CRIMINAL organization.
If there is an equivalent of an OSCARS for a Deceptive Trade Practice(DTP) or simply FRAUD, it should be awarded to EXCLUSERVICE of Rockville MD.
On 12-03-2018, I towed in a 2008 BMW 750i, that was showing "Transmission fault"; the car will reset when turn off, and resume working until around 72 miles, then the error will appear again.
EXCLUSERVICE sent me via text message an estimate for the repair; the text message has a link of an URL, opening the real estimate in a browser.
In the estimated dated 12-03-2018 at 11:28am, which I approved, contains two lines of repair: The transmission problem and the passenger side vents blowing cold air; the estimate to repair the transmission was $4075.00(rounded). I approved both works on 12-03-2018, via the portal(tekmetric) provided by EXCLUSERVICE.
On 12-04-2018 at 9:04am, the service person from EXCLUSERVICE called me: the first statement from him was "First, I have some bad news for you ..." he went on to state that the transmission repair is now at $8255.91; I asked to call him back.
I called him back at 9:23am to inform him that I am declining the transmission and the heater repair works; he further advised that the car will be ready in the afternoon for pickup.
When I arrived to pick up the car, I was presented with another estimate that has 3 additional entries; one entry was the control arm bushing, which I requested an estimate for earlier in the morning. The other entries are for labor, at $193.49 for each issue, which I have not be informed of, not seen on the estimate on 12-03-2018, nor authorize. Notice that I respect paying for the labor in inspecting the car. The issue is that I was not informed of the cost, nor was it shown on the original estimate.
The shop owner attempted to convince me that it was on the estimate for 12-03-2018 all along, while it was not. The content of the estimate at Tekmetric was changed, after I have declined the $8000 plus transmission repair; recall that the repair I authorized was half that amount.
On the estimate that was showing on 12-04 with the two estimate fees, the second page has an entry showing the control arm bushing declined on 12/04/2018 at 10:28am; do you see the first sign of fraud? if the estimate, as EXCLUSERVICE claimed was the same as on 12/03/2018, why is there a 12/04 decline on it? this is one slight proof that the link to the URL in the text message is the same, but the actual content of the portal was updated on 12/04 at 10:28am and 12:03pm.
Beware of this shop, it is a gang of Fraudsters that you should not take your car to.
I repeat that this shop is practicing a sophisticated form of Deceptive Trade Practice, and you will not be able to catch it.
The Service Manager is the leader of the gang; if you are already engaged with the shop, take a careful note of every document. Remember that the original text message containing the link to the estimate will not changed, however the content of the estimate will change, and the shop will maliciously claimed that you approved something that you have not seen.
