"excellent service - as always"
We have been taking our cars to the Rockville location for many years and have always received excellent service. All staff are super friendly, very efficient and go out of their way to make sure we know our options. Most importantly, I always feel safe driving my cars after they are serviced by Fitzgerald.

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and it turned out I needed additional maintenance work, however I was in a time crunch. Ismael ensured my vehicle was ready before expected and offered a loaner if necessary.

    I am very sorry that you feel our service department needs improvement. I see that we performed the service on your vehicle and you picked the car up on the 17th the same day as serviced It is now a week later and we receive a survey stating how bad our service department is and that we dented the vehicle. But we have no notification from you that the vehicle had damage until a week later. Did you contact anyone about the damage before this survey. Kevin left a message for you earlier 
on your phone he is the advisor that took care of your service.

Good afternoon, 

   I know that Kevin has been in contact with you and last night you sent the pictures to show us where the ding was. 
This gave us the opportunity to inspect the vehicle pictures that were taken upon your arrival. 
When a vehicle comes in for service when you pull in the lane to be written up we take pictures of your vehicle from all sides and note any damage. This is to protect you and us as well. 
Clearly the pictures show a dent in the door upon your arrival 
as we took pictures with you near the vehicle. 
Although we did not cause the damage clearly it was alrady there upon your arrival. We would like the opportunity to help in any way we can.

the engine light came back on. I never want to hear about a customer that has to return I assure you that our goal is to not waste your time or money. I want every vehicle to leave fixed correctly and at a fair price.

I stayed while my car was serviced. Lounge area is quiet, comfortable, and clean. Refreshments are available and lunch was served. Service was efficient and in a timely manner. Staff is professional, informative, and respectful to myself and my vehicle.

I've always had a good experience with Fitzgerald Hyundai service. Prices are reasonable, service is excellent, the service advisor gives you good information abut what they're doing and why. I've never felt like they were trying to push some add on service or nickel and diming me. Very happy customer.
