"Professional and courteous service."
Having been a customer for servicing my 2011 Genesis for a number of years I have never been disappointed. Working with the service professionals to properly care for my vehicle I am confident that I am driving a safe and reliable vehicle. Of course this is reassuring and I can concentrate on the task at hand without concerns of mechanical failure.

Brought car in at 9:45 for 3 recalls. They took care of all and car was washed and picked up by 1:00.

"NEVER A HASSLE"
Aside from regular maintenance, I always come in during the holidays to get everything checked out as I do a lot of traveling and driving during the holiday months. I am always very busy, so it makes it tough to schedule a time I can commit to bringing my car in, as well as never knowing how long it will take and how long will I be without my vehicle. Never have I had to worry with this location and these hard working individuals. They always take care of me in a very timely manner, quicker than I even plan, and I am in and out in no time. It is never a hassle, they are always up front with issues or what I will need to take care of next time I bring my car in. I am always comfortable and confident I am getting the best service possible, and that's what matters most to me, as my vehicle is my money maker and without it in the hands of these trustworthy, hardworking individuals, I would not be capable of doing what is necessary for my business.

"Very thorough investigation/diagnosis of my car's problem, plus efforts to keep the repair cost down"
I brought the car in for its regular maintenance but also mentioned a few things I was concerned about, including a sporadic rattle it was making. The mechanic wanted to be absolutely sure he had taken care of it, so he asked me to go on a test drive to be sure I wasn't still hearing it. I really appreciated that. Also, my service adviser was very thorough and clear about the maintenance that needed to be done now, and what could be deferred till later -- so the cost was kept down. And they gave my car a nice car wash before bringing it back to me!

"Service Manager was great. "
Since 2012 I have NEVER missed a service so I questioned why my brakes were grinding to the point it was extreme wear and tear on the brakes and rotors.

People here are very friendly and reliable.
I wish they'd washed the car as I asked, but I did drop the car off and was not there to tell them in person. the note I left may not have been clear.
