"Reliable quality"
The same guys are always there for years now so I know things must be at least decent at Bob Adams. They call me usually by lunch time with an update of what they've found or what needs to be done, their prices are reasonable, their work is great. I trust these guys and would take my car there over the dealership any day.

"Outstanding"
I went in for an oil change and an irritating alarm system going off when it cared to. They looked into a possible reason that the alarm was going off, tightened something that could be the problem and only charged me for the oil change. I've been able to lock my car and not have the alarm going off at odd times. Thanks so much.

"Just the Best"
As usual, my visit to Bob Adams Auto Service was a very positive experience! They agreed to let me drop off my car because I was concerned that my tire pressure light was on for the second time in two months! They removed a screw and repaired the puncture with compassion for someone who REALLY doesn't know what a lug wrench is!!! I'm so glad you're part of our community.

"Thank you, Bob Adams"
I noticed a significant leak in my vehicle on a Tuesday and called Bob Adams to schedule an appointment. At first, I was informed that the following Monday was the earliest opening. After calling another auto shop, being placed on hold for five minutes and then hung up on, I decided to call Bob Adams once more, just to see if there was any chance my car could be looked at earlier. The Bob Adams representative, though sounding reluctant and a bit annoyed, told me to bring it in the next morning for them to look at and subsequently repair.

I was happy with the service provided. Bob Adams made the necessary repairs in a tight window on short notice. My only suggested “area of improvement” is customer communication. My car was at Bob Adams for six business hours before I called to check in. After being informed it would be ready the following day, I waited another five business hours on said day before calling to check in. I understand that my appointment was last-minute, and the Bob Adams schedule was booked if I couldn’t get an appointment until a week later at first. Still, I thought customer communication could’ve been better during this experience.
