Had an awful experience at Rohrman Kenosha. I drove 70 miles to buy a car they had falsely advertised online for $24,952. The salesman told me the car included a $1,300 paint protection coating and $450 for Lojack. I returned to question the number of price additions tallied to my final price (there were others in addition to these). The Finance Director, Richard Hosmer, who wrote the paperwork, was not there so they said they could not help me and that he would be back tomorrow morning. When Richard saw me the next day, he was very angry to learn that I wanted these amounts removed from my contract. Rob, another very rude salesman, said I didn’t make an appointment to see Richard and I was made to wait over 3 hours. Funny, I didn’t need an appointment for them to sell me a car. And now, I was being mistreated because they had “customers” to serve. I tried to explain to Rob that they are falsely advertising the price if they tell me it is included and it was not advertised online nor was it on the car. Rob said all of their cars have the price written but this one did not. I am not sure if it was because it was new on their lot but there was no advertising and no mention to me of these upcharges. Rob also added that there was nothing I could do if I took them to court because I signed the contract. Bottom line, they refused to remove the amounts they did not advertise in the sales price. Buyer Beware!
