The dealership was great. My concern was the reliability of the brand.
The one I was replacing was a Hyundai disaster. The first one was great, the second one was a disaster it had the fatal flaw of dropping into limp home mode out of the blue. I thought this was life threatening, especially on freeway driving. But Hyundai could not fix it. Just a bad product.
I worked with the service department at the Freedom Hyundai. These people were amazing. I would have returned there for my purchase, but my car couldn’t get me there, and I’d run out if towing service with AAA. All getting in for service.
I’m hoping the current lease will renew my faith in Hyundai.
