Kelly said everything was great about the repair process, however, there was a small lack of communication at the end of the repair. She stated that she was told the vehicle would be ready on a Wednesday and it was not ready until Saturday. She stated that she thought the delay was caused by the need for another insurance appraisal as well as a slight communication problem from the business. She stated that Michelle was very nice and helpful.

Michael said he has to bring his vehicle back. The work isn't completely done. He had a scratch on the bumper. When he left the facility, the light was hanging out. The employees told him the light doesn't go back in. When he brought his vehicle in, the light was in. He wasn't kept updated. He wouldn't recommend this business.

vehicle came in for the scratch that was repair / left reflector within the bumper line was a 32nd of an inch difference, customer was notflied when dropped of his vehicle it would take a few days and would be notifled when done and the customer was alright with it.

Chris said the business took almost 3 weeks longer than they said they needed to repair his vehicle. The cause of the delay was due to them trying to match the paint. He was not kept updated during the repair process, he had to initiate the calls to find out the status of his vehicle. He would not recommend anyone with a luxury vehicle to this business because the time it took.

Ramakrishnan said this business took ten days to fix his vehicle and it was not like it was before the repair. His air conditioning was working before now it is not. They told him they do not know what is wrong and they will charge him to look at it. It was a brand new vehicle.

unfortunely the a/c had nothing to do with the repairs we repaired . We repaired the left side of his 2016 civic vehicle. Told customer we could look at it to see what's wrong and it's related we would call the insurance company for assistance.
