Sam said Brian was very helpful, and he gave him regular updates. He was awesome, knowledgeable, and it was great working with him. He stated he thought some things could have been a little more timely. His vehicle has an issue, as a result of the work that was done. The vehicle was delayed because they continued to find more problems as they went along. They had it for five weeks, and the initial estimate was two to three weeks.
