Spoke with Silvana. She said does not understand why this business took two weeks to repair the vehicle. When she had contacted them, they would not give her an answer and that may prevent her from doing business with them in the future. She would not recommend them for the reasons already mentioned.

Customer was updated but did't understand why the vehicle was on hold . Because we had to wait for approval from the insurance company to proceed which sh e was explained by Kenny. Even with the hold up the vehicle was done exactly the time frameĀ  for the repairs . Unfortunly Silvana did'nt understand the procedure.
