Adrienne said she came to the business with her 3 kids. Her repairs were taking a while to complete so the business gave her a loaner vehicle. Instead of picking her up and taking her back to the rental car business, they picked her up in the vehicle they were loaning her so she would not have to transfer her child seats to several different vehicles. The business let her keep the loaner vehicle an extra day so she could attend her daughters first communion. Tom Bickford was very thoughtful. Her vehicle looks fantastic. She has been a customer of the business for 10 years.
