Stanley said he had an issue with his vehicle after being serviced at this business. He heard a noise coming from his vehicle after it was returned to him and it was somewhat of a concern. He scheduled an appointment with this facility to find out what was wrong. On his own he was able to determine a piece of equipment was left in his vehicle. The spare tire was not mounted properly and a piece of the jack left in his vehicle was making the noise. He reiterated that this was not a big deal. He has been to this facility many times and has always been happy with their service.
