Spoke with Yazmin. She said her vehicle looks fine, but it took a lot longer than expected. It was ready in 9 days when it should have been ready sooner. Since her vehicle was 9 days late, she had to keep the rental vehicle longer. Her vehicle was not ready when promised because another customers' vehicle had to be repainted and the painter did not show up. She was not kept informed and return phone calls were not made. She dealt with Brian who she felt was avoiding her during the experience.
