John said his vehicle was dirty, and the workmanship wasn't good. They didn't pay attention to details. He has a custom vehicle and it's not the ordinary Toyota vehicle. They did not care about the condition of the vehicle, when it was returned. He had to call them for updates. He returned the vehicle on Monday, and they haven't contacted him.
