Paige said she rated 4 overall because the repair took longer than they'd said. It was about 1.5 weeks late and she didn't know why. Paige stated she thought it was because when she called to find out if the vehicle was ready, she was told the service manager she'd dealt with no longer worked at the business, and she started all over with someone else.
