Marcos said this business did a very good job. They were very quick. He had no headaches. The service was well done. He had no problems with the insurance. He was not at fault in the collision and he had no issues at all. That was a relief. There has been so much snow in the Northeast where he is at, that he has not had a chance to view his vehicle clean. They did clean it. It has stayed outside gathering dust in the leftover snow. As far as he could see it looks perfect. His vehicle was not ready on time. There was a snow storm and his vehicle was delayed 2 days. A lady representative he dealt with was very nice and very friendly. She was taking a lot of cases for customers. She was very cordial and very professional. She and the representative who took his keys did a very good job.
