When he went to pick up the vehicle, he noticed the running board was tilted. It took them about two hours to correct the issue. When he got the vehicle home, he noticed the bumper was slanted. He had to drive back to the business, which is about 35 miles away, to have the issue addressed. It took about 15 or 20 minutes.
