Spoke with Kathleen and Jeffrey. She said this business took a long time to repair her vehicle. They took three weeks but there was no actual promise of time. He said what frustrated him was there was no one he could get a hold of at this business except for the person who was working with him. The staff did not seem to know who was working with him. The other thing was that he called on a Saturday at 2:00 pm and the phone just rang. He was not aware they closed at noon. He suggested they put a recording on their phone with their business hours.
