Yvette said she was not satisfied with the length of time they kept her vehicle. She took it in on June 6th but did not receive it until July 14th. They had it over a month. Her rental ran out after a month. She had to pay for the extra time out of pocket. In the end, her vehicle was beautiful. It was well done. She said it was a frustrating time but it was worth it. Her vehicle wasn't ready when promised. On three occasions it was delayed. On 2 occasions it was the insurance. The business had to get more money. Bob was very nice. The insurance appraiser had to come out. On another occasion they had found more things that needed to be done. In the end, the quality was there. It was a job well done. She was very pleased with it and worth the wait even though she was frustrated at the time.
