Okland said he was called on the previous day and told his vehicle might be ready the next day. He was told he would be called before 4:30 pm. He wasn't called until 4:50, which had him stuck on the pike. It would have taken him two hours to turn around and get there. He told them he would pick it up the next day. An employee told him he might get charged for the extra rental day. If he had been called before 4:30 pm, he could have gone straight there after work. He has taken his vehicles to this business 5 or 6 times, because the quality of work is as close to the original as they can do. He likes the quality, but the communication has also been bad in the past.
