Sibert said he was not completely satisfied with the experience. Paint got on his vehicle from someone painting a building and he was unable to get it off. He was told his vehicle would be ready in two days but it took three days. He chose not to elaborate why. This business did not offer a courtesy vehicle but told him he could rent one from them. Due to this experience he would not recommend them.

we had to call the insurance company back for addtional time to remove paint from vehicle customer understood that by the advisor was notiflied unfortunly customer didn't have rental on his policy for subsitude transportation.
