We brought the car in on Tuesday, ac not working, found it was the condenser. Lisa did her best to get us back on the road before our trip on Monday! She did a great job had the parts and car repaired by Friday. We are very grateful to her!

Service
Service and a Mfg recall item were completed at this visit. Plus, the tires were checked for low pressure. One tire was found to have a small nail in tread and was creating a slow leak. That tire was repaired and no need to replace tire. I requested that the nitrogen initially put into tires be removed and replaced with air only. All work was addressed and repairs made. I am grateful for the personal care given everytime I request service. The staff does a professional job I can always count on. As a woman, I appreciate having a relationship with another woman in this shop. This is a plus for me. I rate this shop highly because my several reasons listed here. Keep up the great work!

If it was possible to put 0 stars I would!
xtremely poor customer service!!!!! I was to,d to be there at 8 am. I got there and there were 6 cars ahead of me.
I was told it would 2-3 hours. I made plans to be somewhere at 11:30. I lined up a ride to pick up my car in the window of
The 3 hours from 8-11. 11 rolls around and still no call. I called them and the said my vehicle was not ready! I called them
They did not have the courtesy nor customer service skills to call me! My ride was gone and now I'm late to my
Function! I found a ride and went at 11:30 still my vehicle was not ready!!!!!!!!! I left at 11:45! I took 3 hours and 45
Minutes to finish my car and I had an apt! I was there on time and borman did not live up to their end be wise they were
Not done in 2-3 hours. I had to find another ride and I was late to my function a function I had planned!!!!!!
And I had an apt!!!!!!!! I will never walk into borman again. I will not call them either. Any time borman comes out of
My mouth will be to tell people about their poor customer service and word of mouth speaks volumes!!!!

Watch out!
The oil change price of $39 doesn’t include oil...that is an extra $22 charge. Very sneaky at this place...don’t trust them!

As I explained on our phone coversation earlier, the parts and labor for the oil change show on page 1 of your invoice for a total of $34.95.  The overage that you were billed for was for the tire rotation which I am refunding you for on the credit card you paid with.  Please contact me if you have any other concerns or questions.  I would appreciate you considering a rescore based on my followup to your concerns.

2nd time I have taken new Hyundai for service. On both occasions I have been taken care of on a timely basis and was kept informed by service personnel thru out the time I was waiting.
So far have been pleased with the service I have received from Borman. All personnel in service department have been respectful and make the effort to document and explain what has been done for each visit.
