I would ask you to consider your response to this review. The reason for reconsideration is a fundemental one, Ford has not Scheduled any Hybrid vehicles since September, as such the status of the order never changed from the day you ordered the escape till you purchased the Ioniq 5. You are not the only person who is frustated at Ford. Please do not transfer your frustion with Ford Motor Company to Borman Hyundai
