They had a loaner vehicle for me to use, but be warned that it smelled like a smoke shop. The wife and kids wouldn't ride in it due to the smell, but at least it was wheels to get to work and back.
My only complaint is that they smoke in the workshop, so now my vehicle also smells like someone was smoking in it. This is a pretty big issue for me. They hung an air freshener in the vehicle to make it smell better, but that just adds to the stench.
