"Customer Service at its finest"
I needed quite a bit of work done on my car but I was able to leave it at Brinks and go out of town for a few days and when I got back, the work was done. They are always upfront with costs and honest about the repairs that are needed. I alw says take my Tiguan here because they always take care of me and my car. They also understood that I was on vacation and didn't want a million calls about my car so I got a text (My preferred method of communication) telling me about my car repairs and the response time was very fast. Always happy with my service here.

"Great place for my car"
I'm always greeted personably and feel like they remember me.
The work on my car has consistently been top-notch. I feel the greatest confidence in handing them the keys and knowing the car will come back out of the shop running sweeter.
I have been recommending this place to others for a some time. The best of Austin.

"Make sure to take car for shakedown when car is done. "
The work is great. I've never had any complaints except both times major work was done, and the car was put back together, I had to come back the next day because the car wasn't hitting boost and a hose wasn't attached completely. It would have been easy to find if the car was driven past 3000 rpm when the car was done.

"1995 VW Eurovan"
I took my 1995 Eurovan into Brink to have them take a look at what I believe to be timing issues (ignition and/or camshaft). I was told they looked at the camshaft timing and said it was good, but I know the mark on the camshaft gear is not where it should be when cylinder 1 is at TDC. I mentioned this to them, but perhaps the rarity of this van means that some shops do not know where that mark should be.

They did adjust the ignition timing, which did help with the loss of power I was having, but now the RPMs are surging when coming to a stop and the check engine light has come on the day after getting the van back.

I'm leaving a neutral rating because I do not think there are too many shops wiling or able to work on these vans anymore, and I appreciate what they have done for me up to this point.

"Customer service, a great product!"
Absolutely loving my stage 1 tune. Perfect amount of speed for daily use. Walked in, and 30 min later walked out with what feels like a completely new car.
Just wish I got that cool APR badge installed.
