Liz said she had dropped off her vehicle on a Friday night and told this business what to do. They told her they had no clue what to do and could not get a hold of her. They charged her $89 for a diagnostic and they told her it would go towards the work they did on the vehicle. They did not put it towards repairs. She said she feels that was very dishonest of them. After a couple of days, the engine light came back on and had to wait another week to repair the vehicle. She would not recommend them to others because of the reasons mentioned.

Robert said the staff at this business is good. Everyone is very, very friendly and nice. Don is excellent and he did a good job. His vehicle is back in the business because after they told him that his vehicle was completed, it was not running correctly. He said he is a bit upset that his vehicle was not completed when he had hoped, he has places he needs to be. The communication could have improved, they would not be very informative on the progress of the repair when he had called them.
