Went in at 9:45 for my 10:00 appointment, waited 3 hours and 20 minutes, went to the service department to inquire about my truck. No one would wait on me, finally the service manager saw me waiting and asked me if he could help me. I said yes, is my truck ready yet, he said ill check. He came back and said it hadnt been brought in for service yet. I told him to bring me my truck and my keys,
Im done with the poor service at Brian Easlier, i wont be back.
