The Wranty
Busy Buggy, has repaired my car on March 15, 2025, but it developed the same mechanical issue again, the same one I had taken it in for back in March. Apparently, the parts that had been replaced were damaged. I called about the warranty, and they immediately assisted me very kindly. I just had to wait for the replacement parts to arrive. Many thanks to Marco Rodriguez for his attention and to all his staff for your help.

Fair and Honest
First time in the shop. I explained the EPC light coming on 3 times in the last 2 months. They ran a diagnostic, checked my spark plugs, and gave me a detailed report of possible issues that included cost/time estimates. Marco was very honest and up front with the situation and told me that because the light wasn't currently on, they couldn't be 100% sure the recommended services would solve the problem. I truly appreciated being treated with honesty and respect. I'll be taking my car back for regular services from now on. Couldn't recommend this place more!!

Always honest
I have been taking my cars, yes cars (multiple different vehicles) to Busy Buggy for multiple years. They are the most honest reliable trustworthy auto mechanic I have found in Las Vegas and I come from a family of mechanics that are out of state. The owner is honest, communicative and tells the truth. This is the most honest shop I have found in Vegas in over 7 years. I’ve never been lied to in the work they have done on my vehicles which is why I continue to go back time and time again . They’ve always provided a clear explanation so I have an understanding and they have always completed the work at the best price. They have honesty and integrity, a great owner of the shop and some damn good mechanics on his team. I highly recommend.
