Great Company - sales AND service
The entire team at Cadillac of Bellevue is absolutely top notch. These days buying or servicing a car can be a scary experience - given all the advanced technology in cars today. We recently purchased a new Escalade from Ian McMurren. He patiently walked us through all the features and we never felt pressure to make a decision. He genuinely wanted us to do what was right for us, and he worked very hard to make the finances work for us as well. We were not only satisfied with our deal but frankly surprised how far Ian and team went to put us behind the wheel. This is our third car from this dealership and we can also attest to the honesty and high quality of the service team as well after the sale. Can't imagine going anywhere else...
