Trust is the major factor in dealing with mechanics. Every repair Tom Calloway has recommended on my two BMWs has, in my opinion, been required. In the most recent case, I heard noise from the front suspension. Tom analyzed it and replaced the complex shock absorbers. When I drove the car, the noise was gone. I also have the feeling Calloway Motors cleans the car before returning it.
