Excessive time for repair and have to take it back for further diagnosis.
Took 11 days for a simple repair and still not fixed properly and will have to return for follow up. Had to order parts and was not in on due date. Waited for parts to arrive and took 2 additional days to fix. Other parts broken in the process and had to order those at no cost but still not working properly.
