Unclear timeline and dirty car
I loved this place when I came two years ago because of their transparency and customer service. After waiting three hours to be seen, I was told I could pick up my car the next day but when I got there two hours after my pick up time, they said it wasn’t ready yet. Which is totally fine, but I would have expected a call. The mechanic was nice and I appreciated him being honest about the wrong part, but to top it all off, they put a stain on my upholstery in my car.
