BAD Business Practice
Made an appt. Traveled 50 miles one way. Staff told me they would not service my car because they don't have the time. Employee messed up on the scheduling. Drove another 50 to get back home. These guys had no remorse or concern that I had lost my whole day to meet their schedule.
