Lies and incompetence
I called in advance to see if this shop could do the work I required. They assured me that they had a tech who had done the job before and it would be no problem. I made my appointment and waited the two weeks to get my vehicle in, I called the day before to ask if I could have it towed in the afternoon before my appointment, so it would be there, inside, ready to go first thing, as I was told it would be a 6 to 7 hour job. I arrived and was told that they would put the vehicle inside that night but had to finish up a car to make room and not to worry. I met the tech who was going to do the work and tried to explain to him what I wanted and where everything was, and was told yeah yeah don't worry about it. I went by later that night and my vehicle was outside. I didn't hear anything from them and called at the end of the business day because it was a 6 to 7 hour job, the shop manager made the excuse that the were short on techs and had to finish another job and it would be done the next day...which turned into another excuse, and another...for a month! I finally had to go pick the vehicle up and take it to another shop as I was told by a installation professional who was trying to assist their tech, to get my vehicle out of there as the tech told him that he didn't care if my car ran or not. I picked my vehicle up and they had broken my turn signal and tried to tell me it was that way when I brought it in. The shop I had to take it to, had to undo and redo everything that had been done as it was done incorrectly and still charged me less than this rip off shop.
